Her northwest Washington, D.C. estate endowed the country with the most comprehensive collection of Russian imperial art outside of Russia, a distinguished 18th-century French decorative art collection, and twenty-five acres of serene landscaped gardens and natural woodlands for all to enjoy. 2.2.2012 Tender for the Dove at St Mary's Maryland Taken on B&W film, with a 1960's Zorki 4 a copy of Leica 2.

2.10.2012 The Innis house is part of the NPS Civil War Battlefield in Fredericksburg. http://www.nps.gov/frsp/sunken.htm The inside has been preserved so that you can see the bullet holes and splinters from the battle in 1862. The image was taken with a pinhole camera from the hill, where the Confederate cannon were placed. This is also the first roll of film I have developed since the mid 1980’s. The image was toned in Topaz B&W Effects.

The cat was laying on his backing waving his paws at the dog taunting him when I picked up the camera, but he heard me and looked up just as I took the picture.

1.15.2011 Miracle of Modern Entertainment: We were looking around in a antique shop when we saw a old stero set with the turn table pulled out and the instruction book on it. Just had to take a picture.

1.20.2012 Took this last summer with a 1960's PEN EES half frame camera in Duck North Carolina.

2.17.2012 City Sunset - Yesterday evening we stopped at Buz & Neds Barbeque to eat. Looking out the window, I could see the sunset and the neon lights of the tattoo parlor. I jumped up and ran outside in the freezing cold and wind. I took two images and came back iside. My hands felt like cold claws. My wife remarked to the people we were with, "Only my husband would do that." By the time I sat down the color was gone from the sky. Best viewed in larger size.
